The Agrivoltaic Project Reggiani

The Dillinger Group has signed a preliminary contract for a promising agrivoltaic project in the municipality of Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), Emilia Romagna region. Particularly noteworthy is the cooperation with "Caseificio Bio Reggiani" - a family business and one of the largest producers of organic Parmigiano Reggiano in Northern Italy.

The grass areas under our agrivoltaic plant are further used for the production of straw from "erba medica" (alfalfa) for cows. In addition, the agricultural yield will be increased by the installation of an irrigation system. The land contract covers a total of 80 hectares.

The goal is to build and operate a 55 MWp photovoltaic plant with a 35 MWp expansion.
