Ground-Mounted Solar Plant in Pizzighettone Finished!!

Pizzighettone - Lombardy - Bella Italia - The Dillinger Group has successfully completed a ground-mounted solar plant of approximately 1 MWp on an area of 1.28 hectares. Production start and grid injection are scheduled for early June 2024.

With an estimated annual production of about 1,300 MWh, this is a smaller project compared to our other installations. However, it is precisely such projects that contribute to the decentralization of energy supply.

Decentralizing power generation primarily has a positive effect on the associated infrastructure. This alleviates the electricity grid and enhances grid stability. Consequently, the supply security and energy independence of individual cells of the decentralized power system are increased, and transmission losses through the transport of large amounts of electricity over long distances are reduced.
