Construction start Povoletto

We are looking forward to our latest PV project in Povoletto, Italy.

Today is the start of construction. We are installing 1824 Longi modules and inverters from the German quality leader SMA on an open area of 14,734 m². The system output in this section is 998.64 kWp. On an extension area of 12,152 m², the system will then be completed in a second step by 1,119.96 kWp to a total output of 2.118 MWp.  

The Povoletto project is a particularly environmentally friendly plant, as the site is a former landfill for building rubble and inert materials. With the construction of our ground-mounted PV system, we are reclaiming the land and putting it to a new use that benefits nature. In addition, compensation areas will be planted and an irrigation system installed.

The Dillinger Group is responsible for the entire design, approval and construction of the plant for this project: this includes the search for land, land negotiations and purchase, project implementation and approval procedures with the various authorities, the awarding of contracts and construction management.
